my name is tobi and im moving back to my old flat where i used to live with my ex girlfriend (she just left berlin). At first: im a native german speaker, so you dont have to write in english if youre german.
the flat is very bright, as its in the 4th floor and the building on the other side of the street is just 2 floors high. Your room is showing to the west, so there is a nice light from the sun going down in the evening. The room is 20m² and has a french balkony.
The flat itself is about 85m². My room is the smallest and there is also a 3rd room which is the same size as yours. My plan is to share the 3rd room as a living room/working room.
The kitchen is fully furnished but we need a new cooler. The room is unfurnished but there is a bed and 2 cupboards here which my ex wants to sell for a good price, so if you need them its not a problem
Im working as a freelancer and doing location sound for film, thats why im sometimes more at home and sometimes im out of berlin for a couple of days or weeks.
In my free time im doing music with synthesizers and so on (im not loud and im not doing it all the time). im also fine if youre using my stuff (there are some nice synthies in the collection). Im also a record collector and have a wide interest in different kinds of music.
The area is very nice, i lived here for already 2 years. You will get to know a lot of people from the house very soon, its not very anonym, there is always a talk at the door ;). The area is also kind of "quiet" (Its busy during the day but there are no party people around). Some nice bars are good to reach.
Its a 10 min walk to turmstrasse or hansaplatz (U9). But you can get very quick to hauptbahnhof or tegel by bus. If you walk a bit longer you can reach s tiergarten or bellevue, where you have super fast sbahn-service.
Youll have to pay your part of the bond (Kaution), but i have to look up how much it is. The price (600€) is warm warm, inlcuding electricity, internet and GEZ.
As written in the title, i prefer musicians or people who like to listen to good music, but this is not a must. All nice people are welcome. As im working this week, you can come and have a look tuesday - friday in the evening or on the weekend all the time. Rent is from 1st december on, but the room is empty now and you can move in asap.
The pictures where taken while moving out, so it looks a bit messy - i think that should be ok to imagine how the flat looks like. BTW: Registration (anmeldung) is possible.
