Two furnished rooms in a flat with shared bathroom and kitchen. This is a short-term sublet (till April 26th). The tenants have gone back home to India so they'd like to sublet their room until they're back. This is a flat with only two rooms so you will not have any other flatmates.
The location is ideal. The building is five minutes away from the nearest tram stop by walk (the last stop of line number 4). Lidl is less also less than ten minutes away by foot.
Elsässer Straße (also ten minutes away) usually has more buses than from the Technische Fakultät stop.
The Fraunhofer Institute ISE is nearby too.
We're looking for tenants who can maintain the rooms well. We also need them to have a sense of social responsibility - and for now that means no parties or social gatherings in the flat owing to the COVID-19 situation.
