Das Zimmer ist 16 qm groß, hell und hat ein Hochbett auf dem du schlafen oder das du (wie ich) als Stauraum nutzen kannst.
In dem Zimmer sind ein Lattenrost mit Matratze, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Spiegel und 2 Servierwagen, 2 lampen und kleine Abstellmöglichkeiten (auf den Fotos liegen noch Bücher darauf, die räume ich noch weg). Du solltest eventuell eine kleiderstange oder ähnliches für klamotten mitbringen.
Zwischenmiete ab jetzt bis 30.9. Oder auch ab jetzt langfristig!
Die Gostenhofer Hauptstraße ist gut angebunden. Ubahn und S-bahn sind jeweils ca 5 min zu fuß weg. in der nähe gibt es verschiedene einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in der innenstadt ist man auch ganz schnell zu fuß.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Michel (Kunst-Lehrer), Johannes (Mediengestalter) und Mareen (Poledance Studio Besitzerin und Sexologie Studentin).
Zu dem Haus gehört ein kleiner Garten, in den du auch gerne gehen kannst.
Im Idealfall bist du vegetarisch bzw kannst für die zwei monate auf fleisch im haus verzichten.
In der Küche kann geraucht werden. (2 Raucher in der WG)
