You reach our cosy Apartment passing through the nicely renovated backyard of a typical old berlin style building.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a small table, 2 chairs and a small couch.
Bathroom with shower, Bedroom with a king size bed, Screen (with Netflix), Stereo, wardrobe, some shelfs and some paintings on the walls.
The flat has been hardly used since the renovation so it is basically new.
The location is perfect, between the Görlitzer Park and the channel (Landwehrkanal), in the Liegnitzer Strasse.
Famous Boulodrome is at the end of the street, Boulderklub Kreuzberg 5 min walk, Görlitzer Park at the other end of the street, tens of Cafes Bars Restaurants etc. Görlitzer Bahnhof and Kotbusser Tor Stations Ubahn are 10 min walk.
The flat is very quiet and there are no ‚party neighbors‘ around so also in our flat are no parties allowed.
Please no smoking inside the Apartment.
Due to various allergies of my family members unfortunately no pets allowed :(
