WG Zimmer in einer traumhaften Wohnung in Münchens bester Lage

Nothing much can be said, other than it's located in a sick hood (Maxvorstadt) just a street crossing from the Pinakotheken and all the surrounding green spaces. Bars, cafe's, and restaurants are everywhere. You just need to pick and know what you want. The tram and bus station "Pinakotheken" are 1-2 min walking distance. From there you are in around 10 min in the city center. Otherwise you can use the subway "Theresienstraße" or "Odeonsplatz", which you can both reach by a 10 min walk. It is the fourth and top most story of an 18 hundreds building (Neurenaissancefassade with Terrakotta Platten - check Wikipedia for more info). The whole apartment was renovated not long ago and we are the second users. With a big kitchen, most of our lives rotate around it. There is one washing room with a shower, a single small toilet, and a big bathroom with shower, bathtub, and sauna. Therefore, we're grateful not to have to queue in the morning.

Killian (26 years old) is currently doing his master's in Aerospace at TUM. As someone raised in California, there's something interesting to talk about with thim. Otherwise, you can always grab quick coffee with him around the corner.

Ali (29 years old) is a software developer. When he's not working on his yet to be startup, he'd be mostly somewhere in the mountains and/or tinkering with some gadgets for hours endlessly. He's originally from Pakistan and sure do love his food. The good thing is we have Deeba, a Pakistani restaurant right around the corner which is pretty authentic and certified by Ali as well. He sure do have very good one liners

Erdinç (31 years old) is a product manager. When he's not managing his assets or on a phone call, you'd find him working out. His six packs is sacred and above all the reason why he's a good workout partner. He'll push you to the last breath only so he can shave that one last bit of muscle to make it look even. Jokes aside, he's full of energy.

Life in the flat

We are very easy-going and laid back. Cleanliness is very important. We don't have a "cleaning plan" yet we keep it clean and tidy. Every second week a nice lady comes to get the surfaces and sinks sparkling. We also try to squeeze in few workouts a week. Big plus if you're active as well. You can always have you're private time when you need it but we can't stress that enough, this is NOT a Zwecks-WG. We are looking for someone who'll feel home here and goes along with the others.

!!!!! I can not stress this enough that yours and our comfort is important. This means we take care of each other and are mindful of our surrounding. We always try to keep things clean and tidy for others !!!!!
