This flatshare is a charming option for someone who is probably new in town, staying for an internship or short-term work stay. I would be happy to host you for your exiting stay in Hamburg!

Your private room is cute, calm and absolutely charming, its a lovely and a very comfortable bedroom of 10 m2. It is full of light, facing south, with a view into the garden, absolutely quiet, nice white and tall walls, real wooden floor. The room is fully furnished with a generous wardrope and comfy 1,40 m bed. Please consider this mainly your bedroom, the flat as a whole has a lot more for you to offer :)
You will be living in a fine, old building style, high standard and fully renovated 70 m2 flat of 2 bedrooms, one spacious living room with a sunny balcony facing south, a spacious kitchen and corridor, and a big bathroom. The flat is super modern, tidy, always clean and fully equipped (new washing Maschine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, new fridge and freezer, automate coffee machine), in a silent area in the beautiful district of glorious Winterhude right next to the Stadtpark (5 Mins walk). Easy bike and car parking.

The Stadtpark is right in front of our flat. You can go jogging, swimming and have bbq with friends there.
There are 2 metros (U Borgweg and U Saarlandstrasse) around the corner, one to the left, one to the right ;) Busses as well. The Alster is only a 20 min’s walk away, too. Mühlenkamp (15 min walk) is great for dinner and drinks. From here, you can also cycle anywhere you want.
All in all, Winterhude is a wonderful district to live in!

My name is Kiki (36) and I’m born and raised in this beautiful city and working in the new energies’ sector. I travel a lot and I have a passion for horses, so I go riding 4x/week :), I’m a very outgoing, energetic girl who loves triathlons! When I come home after a long day, I like to do yoga sometimes and turn on soft soul music for a relaxing atmosphere :) a similar sleeping rhythm would be optimal for a joint living.
The flat offers a modern, tidy environment, and I appreciate a well maintained and clean home, where we can relax and recover from everyday life! The appartment is fully equiped with newest houshold aids, self-refurbished furniture and personal interior, as well as full kitchen equipment, which you are welcome to use with love and care :) all you need is your personal belongings!
