I am looking for someone to take over my room for the months of August and September (half or whole, negotiable).
The room is small, comfy and sunny. I will empty the room of all my things so that the forniture si 100% available to use. That includes the bed (with fresh linens), desk, big reading chair, dresser and clothing rack.
I might leave a couple of books laying around, so feel free to read them!
You will be paying 310 euro per month, EVERYTHING included.
The room is located right in front of Florapark (visible from the room's window).
Very well connected with the whole city: line 709 is right outside the door and S-Bilk is 5 min away by walk.
There's plenty of grocery stores to go to in under 5 min walk.
You will be living with Lennart(25, medicine student) and Johannes(25, medicine student) (partly, he is sadly moving out in September and will be quietly doing the moving in august). The Wg life is overall quiet and enjoyable.
Most of the hangouts happen in the kitchen, the only common room with have (bathroom excluded).
We care to respect the space we live in.
