Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Weserkiez. Bars und Restaurants, Supermärkte, der Kanal und der schöne Wildenbruchpark sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung super ruhig mit Balkon zum großen und grünen Innenhof. U-Bahn (Rathaus Neukölln, Karl-Marx-Strasse) und S-Bahn (Sonnenallee) sind in 10-12 Min zu erreichen. Wir suchen nette und ruhige Untermieter die Lust auf drei Monate (wir vermieten nur den ganzen Zeitraum / 700€ komplett pro Monat) in einer der spannensten Ecken von Berlin haben!
The flat lies in the middle of the lively Weserstrassen-Kiez. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets the canal and the nice Wildenbruchpark are just a few minutes walking distance. Still the flat is quite and sunny with a balcony to the lush inner yard. U-Bahn and S-Bahn are about 12 minutes to walk. We are looking for relaxed people who want to enjoy one of the most intresting areas of berlin for about 3 months (the flat is 700€ total per month and we only rent out for the hole time).
