As we are going on holiday we are renting out our freshly renovated and fully furnished 4-room penthouse with terrace in Charlottenburg that is facing south-west and therefore extremely light. It is optimal for a couple with one more person (or max 2 couples).
It has a large fully build in and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, connected (but closable) dinning room with a large table for 8, a connected (but closable) large living room with a comfertable couch, a large sleeping room with a 180x200cm bed for two, a medium sleeping room with a 120x200 cm bed for 1-2, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub separate, a small toilet and an large hallway and entry.
The terrace has 10 m2, faces west, has a wonderful sunset and can host easily 6 persons and has a BBQ.
The flat furthermore features high speed internet, a work station, floor heating, electric shutters, joga matrices and can easily be reached via elevator.
The flat is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Charlottenburg, with only 3 min walking to U7 at Richard-Wagner-Platz, 7 min to U2 at Bismarckstraße and 12 min to S-Bahn Charlottenburg.
Within 7 minutes you reach the beautiful schloss Charlottenburg with its well maintained gardens that invite for a Picknick or run.
Many great restaurants are directly in front of the house and the well known foodi-heaven Kantstraße is just minutes away.
