50qm apartment in a nice and calm neighbourhood right next to the hot spot Mauerpark (especially a Sunday Must-Go). The well furnished apartment has all you need, one bed room, a spacious living room, a kitchen where all is set to cook or have a coffee and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Not to forget the balcony where you can drink tea in the morning sun. As the apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the building in the back it is super calm to sleep.
The area is for coffee-seekers, long strolls in the close-by Mauerpark or Humboldthain in a calm but vivid neighbourhood with a positive vibe. Frau Krüger cafe is just a stumble away at the next corner, the next super markt 2 minutes foot-walk away and the organic store another 8 minutes . The flat in located at the area of the Gleimviertel which is packed with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The close by Brunnenviertel is calmer and more multiculti with some flea markets on the weekends. Mauerpark is a must-see on a Sunday with lots of music, flea-market and good vibes.
All stations are 10 minutes foot-walk away and a bike-ride of 5 minutes.
The additional costs are for the cleaning of the flat. The flat will be cleaned once a week as well as before and after by a professional cleaning staff.
The costs are 35 Euro per week/session and is paid directly in cash (total for 175 Euro for 4 sessions + one deep clean after the stay).
