ich biete hier eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit / Zimmer auf Zeit an. Das Zimmer ist ca 19m² groß und verfügt über eine bequeme Matratze, einen Tisch, ein Regal und einen Kleiderschrank.
Das Zimmer hast du nur für dich. Für die Zeit deines Aufenthalts teilst du dir mit Lotti (Mediendesign Studentin) zusammen die Küche und das Bad. WLAN und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, Bettwäsche (und falls nötig auch Handtücher, bitte anfragen) sind inbegriffen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Pankow an der Grenze zu Prenzlauer Berg, sodass ihr auch zu Fuß problemlos zu einer der beliebtesten Gegenden in Berlin gelangen könnt, mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars usw. Öffis sind ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Zimmer steht vom 23.12.21 - 31.12.21 zur Verfügung. Der Preis pro Nacht beträgt 19 Euro. Mindestens 3 Nächte. In Ausnahmefällen sind auch zwei Besucher für das Zimmer möglich (erhöhter Preis). In dem Fall einfach Bescheid geben und wir reden gerne darüber.

Hello, everyone,
I am offering overnight accommodation / temporary room. The room is about 19m ² and has a comfortable mattress, a table, a shelf and a wardrobe.
You have the room only for you. During your stay you will share the kitchen and bathroom with Lotti (media design student). WiFi and washing machine are available, bed linen (and, if necessary, towels, please request) are included.
The apartment is located in Pankow on the border to Prenzlauer Berg. You can easily walk to one of the most popular areas in Berlin, with numerous restaurants, bars, etc. Public transport is also close by.
The room is available from 23.12.21 - 31.12.21. The price per night is 19 euros. At least 3 nights. In exceptional cases, two visitors are possible for the room (increased price). In that case, just let us know and we'll be happy to talk about it.
