Hello Berlin! We rent our space for 6 months while we are out of the country. It is perfect for people who do some home office and appreciate having an extra room, or great for a couple (120 extra for couples).
The room has a 140 bed and a spacious wardrobe. Good lighting towards the West. Besides you will find a big studio/office with a spacious balcony with a lot of light, especially in the afternoons. The apartment has a living room shared with a fully equipped kitchen: sound system and a 44" 4k screen.
The apartment is located in the best location from Berlin, in the limits of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain with the S bahn of Warschauer Strasse in walking distance.
Unfortunately, not Anmeldung is possible. I can show you our contract so you see that we are not making money with this rental :).

Hallo Berlin! Wir vermieten unseren Raum für 6 Monate, während wir außer Landes sind.
Das Zimmer hat ein 140er Bett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank. Gute Belichtung nach Westen. Außerdem gibt es ein großes gemeinsames Studio/Büro mit einem großen Balkon mit viel Licht, vor allem nachmittags. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, das mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche geteilt wird: Soundsystem und ein 44" 4k- TV.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der besten Lage von Berlin, in den Grenzen von Kreuzberg und Friedrichshain mit der S-Bahn der Warschauer Straße in Gehweite.
Leider ist keine Anmeldung möglich. Ich kann Ihnen unseren Vertrag zeigen, damit Sie sehen, dass wir mit dieser Vermietung kein Geld verdienen.

Ich bin der Hauptmieter der Wohnung. Sie wurde in den letzten 4 Jahren mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt ein geräumiges gemeinsames Studio / Büro mit einem großen Balkon mit viel Licht, vor allem in den Nachmittagsstunden. Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer mit einem französischen Balkon zum Hinterhof und eine voll ausgestattete Küche: Das Wohnzimmer hat ein Soundsystem und einen 44" 4k-Bildschirm.
Our shared space is sacred, kind, clean and friendly. You would be living with Niklas (25), German, working in finance. We have been living together for almost 2 years and It has been a lovely experience. He is super respectful and always helpful. He has my complete trust in anything.

Unser gemeinsamer Raum ist heilig, nett, sauber und freundlich. Sie würden mit Niklas (25), Deutsch, arbeiten im Finanzwesen leben. Wir haben zusammen für fast 2 Jahre gelebt und es war eine schöne Erfahrung. Er ist super respektvoll und immer hilfsbereit. Er hat mein volles Vertrauen in alles.
The price is for a month. We can disclose all information when you visit the apartment. I am also very open about sharing any cost and information. Payment has to be transferred before the end of the previous month. All money is via bank transfer.
