ich suche eine Nachmiete für mein WG-Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim in einer 6er-WG.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert, Du brauchst Dir also keine Gedanken um Schreibtisch, Bett, Schreibtischstuhl und Schrank zu machen. Meine Kleiderstange (siehe Foto) kannst Du auch gerne übernehmen.
Die WG beinhaltet ein kleines und ein großes Badezimmer, Balkon und eine Wohnzimmer-Küchen-Kombi.
Das Zimmer liegt direkt an der gemeinsamen WG-Küche.
Hello,
I am looking for a tenant for my room in a student dorm of 6 people. The room is furnished, so you don't have to worry about a desk, bed, chair and shelf. You can also keep the clothes rail if you want (see picture). The flat share includes a small and a large bathroom, balcony and a living room/kitchen combination. The room is located right next to the shared areas.
Das Wohnheim liegt sehr nah an der Universität Bremen. Mit der Straßenbahn dauert es ca. 15 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
The hall of residence is very close to the University of Bremen. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the main station by tram. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away by bike.
In der WG ist immer viel los, gerade beim Kochen kommt es häufig zu netten Unterhaltungen. Wir kochen häufig zusammen oder schauen gemeinsam einen Film. Ansonsten ist auch das Wohnheim ein idealer Ort zum Kennenlernen anderer Studenten. In nicht-Corona-Zeiten werden hier viele Veranstaltungen organisiert.
There is always a lot going on in the shared flat, especially when we are cooking, we often have a nice conversation inbetween. We also often cook together or watch a movie together. Otherwise, the hall of residence is also an ideal place to get to know other students. Many events are organized here during non-Covid-times
In der Miete ist außer GEZ alles eingeschlossen (Wasser, Heizen, Internet).

Du musst an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben sein oder zum Wintersemester anfangen, um das Zimmer mieten zu können. Melde dich gerne, falls du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast.
