- in der Nahe von Strassenbahn haltestelle
- supermarket, mc donalds, restaurante, backerei in der nahe.
-sehr kühle Temperatur an warmen sommer Tagen
- Ausrichtung nach Osten

-Ost-Ausrichtung aka sonnig am Morgen. Tagsüber kühl in der Nachmittagshitze.
-Kurzer Weg zur Nidda/Main und zum Nied-Wald.
