Ich suche eine*n Nachmieter*in für meine süße 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Lüneburger Altstadt.
Die Wohnung hat ein hübsches Bad mit Fenster, eine große Wohnküche und ein Dachzimmer (Fotos davon folgen), das als Schlaf- und Arbeitsraum genutzt werden kann.
Es gibt eine Einbauküche und einen Kellerraum.
Ich wohne derzeit mit meiner Tochter hier, doch mittlerweile ist uns die Wohnung zu klein, sodass wir ausziehen möchten.
Mietbeginn wäre der 1.9., 15.9. oder 1.10.

Perfekt gelegen in der Lüneburger Altstadt, ein Edeka direkt vor der Haustür und alle anderen Geschäfte und Kneipen etc. fußläufig erreichbar.
In der Miete (655€) sind alle Kosten inkl. Strom und Internet enthalten. Ob die Heizkosten von jetzt 60€ erhöht werden, weiß ich nicht.
