Das Studentenwohnheim ist von der Stadt ein Steinwurf entfernt. Die Fußwege zu den wichtigsten Örtlichkeiten betragen:

5 Minuten zur technischen Hochschule Deggendorf
10 Minuten zu den nächsten Supermärkten
5 Minuten zum Stadtplatz
15 Minuten zum Bahnhof
Direkt neben einem kleinen Park

vor der Wohnung sieht man Busbahnhof Deggendorf. "Tycoon Fitness" Fitnessstudio liegt direkt vor meiner Wohnung (zu Fuß 2 min )

The student residence is a stone's throw from the city. The walking distances to the main locations are:

5 minutes to Deggendorf Technical University
10 minutes to the nearest supermarkets
5 minutes to town square
15 minutes to the train station
Directly next to a small park

In front of the apartment you can see the Deggendorf bus station. "Tycoon Fitness" gym is right in front of my apartment (2 min walk)

Sagen Sie mir stattdessen bitte, wann Sie die Wohnung besichtigen möchten, damit wir einen Termin vereinbaren können (Online-Besichtigung ist möglich)

Der Ablauf wird wie folgt sein:
1. Bei Interesse stellen Sie mir Ihre Fragen
2. Nach Ihrer Frage können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren (auf Wunsch auch online)
3. Wenn wir beide zufrieden sind, teile ich der Verwaltung mit, dass Sie der Nachmieter sind und gebe Ihre Kontaktdaten bekannt
4. Mein Vertrag wird gekündigt
5. Die Wohnheimverwaltung kontrolliert die Wohnung erneut
6. Ihr Vertrag mit der Verwaltung wird unterzeichnet
7. Sie können in Ihre neue Wohnung einziehen :))

Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich per Nachricht oder WhatsApp bis zum 22. September (ich bin am 22. September wieder in der Stadt)


!! Ich übergebe mein Zimmer an den Mieter, der zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt einziehen möchte.

Instead please tell me when you wish to see the apartment so that we can make an appointment (online tour is possible)

Process will go on like this:
1. If you are interested, ask me any your questions
2. After your question we can arrange an appointment for visiting (we can do this online if you want)
3. If we don't have any disagreements, I will let the dormitory know that you are the next tenant and give your contact information to them
4. My contract will be cancelled
5. Dormitory management check the apartment once again
6. Your contract with the dormitory will be signed
7. You can move to your new apartment :))
