Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein (16m2) und hat eine Trennwand, die einen Teil des Raums zB. zum Abstellen abtrennt (s. Foto).
Teilmöbliert: 1-2 Betten, geräumiger Einbauschrank, opt. großer Holztisch sowie ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Alles was nicht gebraucht wird, kann selbst entsorgt oder zur Not in den Keller gestellt werden.
Das Haus steht im Erdkampsweg (Fuhlsbüttel, an der Grenze zu Ohlsdorf und Klein Borstel).
Nah am Flughafen, aber kein Lärm.
Der Erdkampsweg ist eine Einkaufsstraße, also viele Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke, aber auch Cafés, Bäckereien, Ärzte, Drogerien usw.
Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Haustür. U-Bahn ca. 7 Minuten entfernt. S-Bahn ca. 20 Minuten entfernt.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind junge Studenten Anfang 20. Das Zusammenleben ist in der Regel ruhig und entspannt.
Näheres bitte im Direktgespräch klären, zB über Mail oder WhatsApp anfragen. Im Moment ist ein befristeter 3-Monate-Vertrag vorgesehen, eventuell ist aber danach auch eine Verlängerung möglich.
Wohnungsbesichtigung muss spontan vereinbart werden.
