Da ich in eine andere Stadt umziehe, verlasse ich meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung, in der ich lange Zeit gewohnt habe, und suche einen neuen Mieter für sie.
Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung, die sehr viel Sonne abbekommt. Sie liegt zum Innenhof mit Bäumen und ist tagsüber und nachts immer sehr ruhig.
Da ich einen Teil meiner Möbel weitergeben möchte, kann die Wohnung teilmöbliert übernommen werden. Sie bietet mit ihrem Schlafzimmer, der Einbauküche und dem eigenen Bad Platz für 1-2 Personen.

Since I am moving to another city, I am leaving my one-bedroom apartment where I have been staying for a long time and I am looking for a new tenant for my place.
The flat is a 1-bedroom apartment which receives a great amount of sunshine. It faces the courtyard with trees and always very quiet during days and nights.
Because I want to leave some of my furniture behind the apartment can be taken over partly-furnished. It can accommodate 1-2 person easily with its sleeping room, fitted kitchen and own bathroom.
