Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Mehrparteienhaus. Es ist ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden aber leider nicht barrierefrei.

Great apartment in the heart of the up-and-coming Mainzer Neustadt. Everything is within walking distance, from the beautiful Rhine via the city centre to the old town with its Mainz cathedral, to the main train station.

Wi-Fi, enclosed parking (attention, note the height of the lift), large water bed, sofa bed, high-quality baby cot (without bed linen) if necessary with changing mat, towels, hair dryer, TV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, washing machine, dryer. The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-party house. There is an elevator but unfortunately not barrier-free.
