I am renting my fully furnished 1-bedroom flat from 10th December till 30th January. I am looking for someone nice and neat to take care of the flat for those 2 months. It is a sublet and therefore you cannot do any anmeldung.
Flat:
The flat is in located in the heart of 'Sprengelkiez' in Wedding. There is Supermarket Edeka next door and plenty of coffee places, bars, Spaetis, Doener places and activities around.
The flat is in the 4th floor accessible with stairs. The flat is 36 sqm with a big bedroom, big kitchen and a smaller bathroom with shower.
The flat is fully furnished. Just a note that there is some construction taking place above the flat from Mon to Fri (7AM till 2PM) - it is not too noisy and gets quieter after 2PM.
Connection:
There is Amrumerstr station (u9) which 2 min away, Leopoldplatz station (u6) which is 9min away and Wedding (ring and u6) which is 10min away.
Rent:
Rent for December: 500 euros
Rent for January: 650 euros
Deposit:
Just for sake of security I would like to have 500 euros as deposit, if possible - I will give it back once you leave end of January. Or alternatively you can pay the first month rent before you move in upfront.
