Da ich ein Erasmus-Semester im Ausland verbringe, vermiete ich meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für einige Monate unter. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert (siehe Fotos), Strom und Internetkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen. Es gibt einen geräumigen Westbalkon.
As I will be spending a couple of months abroad to do an Erasmus semester, I am subletting my one-room-flat. The flat is fully furnished (see pictures), costs for electricity and internet connection are included in the price. There is a spacious west balcony.
U7 und U9 sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Ringbahn S41/42 ist eine Station oder etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In 5-7 Minuten erreicht man den Stadtpark Wilmersdorf-Schöneberg. Edeka und Lidl sind etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, außerdem gibt es in der Nähe verschiedene Restaurants (italienisch, chinesisch, peruanisch, vietnamesisch,...).
U7 and U9 can be reached by foot in 2 minutes, the Ringbahn S41/42 is one stop ore about a 10 minute walk away. In 5-7 minutes you can reach the Stadtpark Wilmersdorf-Schöneberg. Edeka and Lidl (grocery shops) are about 5 mintutes walk away. There are also various restaurants close by (italian, chinese, peruvian, vietnamese,...).
Ich suche nach einer ruhigen Zwischenmiterin oder einem ruhigen Zwischenmieter, der pfleglich mit meinen Möbeln und Sonstigen Gegenständen umgeht. Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung über Zoom ist möglich. Bitte habt Verständnis, dass ich aufgrund der Vielzahl an Anfragen, nicht alle Anfragen beantworten kann.
I am looking for a quiet interim tenant who treats my belongings with care. An appointment to view the flat via Zoom is possible. Please understand that due to the amount of requests I cannot reply to all of them.
