I have an attractive offer for you.
The room I am offering is in a dorm and is fully furnished. It has a bed, wardrobe, small dining table, bookshelf and desk. Sharing the hall-kitchen with 9 other residents is part of dormitory life, while the bathroom is only shared with the roommates(3) of the dormitory.
Internet + Electricity + Heating is included in the Rent.
Anmeldung is not possible.
Die Lage ist ganz Zentral. 6-7 min zu Fuß entfernt vom Ostbahnhof unf bon U-Weberwiese.
The location is very central. 6-7 min walk from the Ostbahnhof and the U-Weberwiese.
Es handelt sich hierbei(leider) um eine Zweck-wg aber hier wird auch regelmäßig geputzt und den anderen Respektiert wie überall:)
This is (unfortunately) a functional shared flat, but cleaning is done regularly here and the others are respected like everywhere :)
