Da ich für den genannten Zeitraum nicht in München sein werde, biete ich mein vollmöbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er WG, in der bis vor kurzem noch 3 Leute gelebt haben - das extra Zimmer haben wir in ein Wohnzimmer verwandelt. Zusätzlich gibt es eine voll ausgestattete, große Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), Bad (mit Waschmaschine) und ein separates WC sowie einen kleinen Balkon der auf den Hinterhof hinausgeht.

As I won't be in Munich for said time because of my studies, I would like to sublet my fully furnished room, which is part of a two-people shared flat. Additionally to a comfortable living room, there is also a large, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), bathroom (with washing machine) and separate toilet and a small balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock am Kapuzinerplatz, so dass die U-Bahn Station Goetheplatz innerhalb von max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Dort hat man Anschluss an die U-Bahn Linie U3/U6, mit welcher man innerhalb von 3 Minuten am Marienplatz (absolutes Stadtzentrum) ist. Gleichzeitig kommt man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten in die eine Richtung zur Isar und in die andere Richtung zur Theresienwiese. Zu zahlreichen Supermärkten, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. sind es ebenso nur wenige hundert Meter.
The flat is situated on the first floor (no elevator) at Kapuzinerplatz, which is only a 5 minute walk from the subway station Goetheplatz. From there, you can reach the city centre (Marienplatz) in 3 minutes. The Isar (the river flowing through Munich) is 10 minutes away on foot in one direction, in the other direction you will reach Theresienwiese in the same time. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and everything else is within a couple hundred meters around the flat.
Mein Mitbewohner, Paul, studiert genau wie ich Medizin und hat zu der Zeit Semesterferien. Voraussetzung für die Untermiete ist, dass ihr zwei euch gut versteht (was bei Paul aber nicht so schwierig sein sollte), weshalb ihr euch vor einer Entscheidung per Zoom o.Ä. kurz kennen lernen würdet. :)
My flatmat, Paul, studies medicine like me. He will have summer break from university and will be living and using our flat during the time of your stay. Prerequisite for any sublease is that the two of you get along (which shouldn't be all that difficult with Paul being super nice), so you will have to meet him (for example per zoom) before any decision is made. :)
WLAN ist natürlich vorhanden, Rauchen ist (außer natürlich auf dem Balkon) in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt. Falls Interesse besteht einfach mir schreiben, dann stelle ich mehr Bilder vom Rest der Wohnung zur Verfügung und beantworte gerne alle weiteren Fragen, oder wir können direkt eine Online-Wohnungsbesichtigung per FaceTime o.Ä. ausmachen. Der Preis ist pro Monat mit allen Nebenkosten inklusive. Zusätzlich würde noch eine Kaution fällig werden.
WiFi is available, smoking is (with exception of the balcony) not allowed. If you're interested, just message me and I will provide you with pictures of the rest of the flat, can provide more details, answer questions or we can do a virutal tour so you can see the flat for yourself. The price is per month with everything (internet, gas etc.) included, with the exact price being calculated depending on how long you will actually stay in the apartment. Additionally you would have to pay a security deposit which you will get back at the end of your rent.
