Ab 12 Februar suche ich eine/n Untermieter/in für mein schönes WG Zimmer in Haidhausen. Das Zimmer ist voll möbeliert und hat 19 qm.
Die Wohnung hat 3,5 Zimmer, insgesamt 90qm Wohnfläche und die übrigen Zimmer werden als Wohn- und Abstellzimmer genutzt. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne neu renovierte Altbauwohnung (hohe Decken, Stuck, Fischgräten Parkett..) und sie liegt sehr nah an der S-Bahn Station Rosenheimer Platz und damit 2 min entfernt von der Stammstrecke.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine sowie Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden.

I am looking for a subtenant for my nice room in a shared flat in Haidhausen from February 12th. The room is fully furnished and has 19 square meters.
The apartment has 3.5 rooms, a total of 90 square meters of living space and the remaining rooms are used as living and storage rooms. It is a very nice newly renovated old building apartment (high ceilings, stucco, herringbone parquet..) and it is very close to the S-Bahn station Rosenheimer Platz and thus directly on the main line.
The apartment is well equipped and washing machine, TV, coffee machine and dishwasher are available.
Ich wohne aktuell mit einem weiteren Mitbewohner zusammen, wir verstehen uns super und unternehmen gern etwas zusammen. Er ist gerne draussen unterwegs und für alle Sportarten (Fahhrad, Joggen, Wandern,..) zu haben! Natürlich auch immer für ein kaltes Bierchen. Gerne kannst du den/die neue/n Mitbewohner/in auch kennen lernen.
Ich freue mich etwas über euch zu erfahren (wer seid ihr und was macht ihr so München..). Vor Ort Besichtigungen wären Abends möglich.

I currently live with another roommate, we get along great and like to do things together. He likes to be outdoors and enjoys all kinds of sports (cycling, jogging, hiking, etc.)! Always up for a cold beer too, of course. You are also welcome to get to know the new flatmate(s).
I am happy to learn something about you (who are you and what do you do in Munich...). On-site visits would be possible in the evening.
