I am Software engineer. No smoke and drink habits. Looking for long term stay

I am 31 years old and working in Luxoft GmbH. After having five years of experience in automotive industry I will start my new job in full-time position on a regular basis working for client porche cars so Feb 15th or March 1st 2023 would be good for relocating new house. The location of the apartment is perfect for me. I love to cook and preferably use high quality ingredients bought fresh from a local farmers' markets. It is important to me to have a healthy diet and to work out physically. Jogging in the morning is part of my daily routine.
