Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a short term flatmate to share our WG while my flatmate is traveling. **This is a sublet for 2 weeks. (11. 2. 2023 - 24. 2. 2023)**.
We can adjust a bit if it’s not perfectly fit with you. The rent is 200euro, deposit 150.
It's a nice room, high walls (320cm) and nice bright windows. You can use the big kitchen (also if you wanna bring friends over) and the washing machine.
The apartment is placed on the border of Prenzlauer Berg / Weissensee.
Alexanderplatz is 20 min with the tram and you need 5 min (3 stops) to the S-Bahn/Metro station Prenzlauer Allee.
I am a master’s student and I usually work at home. It’s short term but would be great to have someone nice and responsible. I spend most of time in my room to write thesis, and I might not hang out much. But still I would enjoy talking with you in the kitchen time to time.
