Your room is big, cozy and quiet, at least for Warschauer Straße standards. The room has plants, instruments and decoration in it, it might not be a hotel room but it still feels great to spend time in it. A desktop, plenty of light and a bathroom next door, what else is there to say? I can make enough space for you, and If there's anything that could make your stay more comfortable, we can speak about it :)
Warschauer Straße is an iconic place in Berlin, full of bars, clubs, cafés and shops. If you like the street urban life, this is your place. The flat is directly at the street, so if you look for peace and quiet, this might not be your place. Still, If you desire to have your peaceful space, the room is at the backside of the building, where one can barely hear the street. Theres a bar downstairs, it might get loud in the weekends, but in general not a problem for good sleepers.
Transports, there's anything one can wish for; Tram, SBahn, Ubahn, Bus, Scooters, etc..
There will be four of you, Maia (23), Paula (24) Josh (26) and you. All of them are students, calm and friendly people, nothing to be scared of. They are often busy with their own stuff, but if you invite them for a coffee or a beer they wont say no. Order and hygiene is important, nobody will go after you for it, but it is expected to clean after one own self and not to leave stuff around. If there's anything they can help you with, let them know, they will always be ready to help.
Who are you? We are looking forward to know you, even if its just for a month. It is important that everybody feels comfortable with the experience, therefore we would like to have a general idea of who you are. Please don't send the standard "Im in Berlin to study X and work in Y. I'm cool, relaxed, I love people, I'm calm but also active, I love cleaning and will enjoy a beer every now and then" type of message. Let us know what inspires you, what you look for in life, what kind of things you do that nobody does. I know its just for a month... but try not to be the message we read a thousand times.
