Ich fahre vom 27.10 (abends oder 28.10 früh) bis 11.11 weg und vermiete meine Wohnung für die Zeit. Es ist eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung: ein Zimmer sperre ich ab und das andere Zimmer wird vermietet. D.h. du wirst das Schlafzimmer, die Küche und das Bad für dich allein haben.
Ich suche jemanden, der zuverlässig und ruhig ist und die Wohnung gut behandelt
Falls du die Wohnung für einen kürzeren Zeitraum brauchst, können wir drüber sprechen.
Du brauchst nichts mitzunehmen: Es ist alles da (Handtücher, Bettwäsche). Die Küche ist auch voll eingerichtet. Es wäre jedoch gut, wenn darin nicht frittiert wird :)
Die Wohnung wird geputzt übergeben und ich freue mich, wenn sie auch sauber ist, wenn ich zurück bin.
Die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist perfekt. Es sind 2-3 Minuten zu St-Martin-Strasse (S3 und S7) und damit 3 Min Fahrzeit zum Ostbahnhof und ca. 12 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Die Tram 18 ist auch 3 Minuten entfernt. Die U2 Untersbergstr ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.
Eine Haftpflichtversicherung wäre vom Vorteil.
