A cosy private room is available for long term in an international WG for long-term. The room is approximately 10-12 sq m in size and will live with 4 young and friendly flatmates. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped.
The house also has its own small garden where you can take a stroll to relax ;)

Ein gemütliches Privatzimmer ist in einer internationalen WG langfristig zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist ca. 10-12 qm groß und wird mit 4 jungen und freundlichen Mitbewohnern bewohnt. Die Küche und das Bad sind gut ausgestattet.
Das Haus hat auch einen eigenen kleinen Garten, wo Sie einen Spaziergang machen können, um sich zu entspannen ;)

The house is located in Gräfelfing bei München which is a quiet and peaceful municipality right outside München but not too far from the city centre.
Gräfelfing Bahnof is 10 mins of walk away, from where you can take the S6 Sbahn and reach Hauptbahnof within 20 minutes. From Gräfelfing Bahnof you can also take Bus 268 and reach Großhadern (U6 line) within 15 minutes.
Nearest Edeka and Lidl are 10 and 20 mins of walk away respectively. Nearest hospital is just 5 mins of walk away.

Das Haus befindet sich in Gräfelfing bei München. Es ist eine ruhige und friedliche Gemeinde direkt vor den Toren Münchens, aber nicht zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
Gräfelfing Bahnof ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von wo aus Sie die S6 nehmen und den Hauptbahnhof in 20 Minuten erreichen können. Von Gräfelfing Bahnof können Sie auch den Bus 268 nehmen und erreichen Großhadern (Linie U6) innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Der nächstgelegene Edeka und Lidl sind 10 bzw. 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Das nächste Krankenhaus ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

On your floor you will live with 4 flatmates who are from India, Pakistan and Turkey. All the flatmates are either students or working professionals who are always available for a quick chat :)
