This is the "Berlin Room" in an old apartment building (1885). One wall is made entirely of windows, offering a lot of warmth and light, especially during a full moon.
There is access to the kitchen, making it usable like a one-room apartment. The ceiling is 4 meters high.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Winterfeldtplatz. 5 min Fußweg zum Nollendorfkiez und ca. 10 min Regenbogenkiez/Motzstraße/Fuggerstraße und auch zum Ubhf Nollendorfplatz (U1/U2/U3/U4)
Ca. 5 min zum Kleistpark und weitere 10 zum Ubhf Kleistpark (U7) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wären 1 Aldi schräg gegenüber 5 min., 1 Edeka Gleditschstr. 10 min und ein Edeka am Nollendorfplatz. Auch ein Lidl ist in der Nähe, nahe Ubhf Kleistpark. Es gibt zahlreiche tolle Restaurants und Bars. Alle sind sehr gut zu erreichen 5 - 10 Min. entfernt.
The apartment is located near Winterfeldtplatz. It’s a 5-minute walk to Nollendorfkiez and about 10 minutes to Regenbogenkiez/Motzstraße/Fuggerstraße, as well as to the Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn station (U1/U2/U3/U4).
It’s about 5 minutes to Kleistpark and another 10 minutes to the Kleistpark U-Bahn station (U7).
Shopping options include an Aldi diagonally across, 5 minutes away, an Edeka on Gleditschstr. 10 minutes away, and an Edeka at Nollendorfplatz. There is also a Lidl nearby, close to Kleistpark U-Bahn station. There are numerous great restaurants and bars, all within 5-10 minutes’ reach.
Anforderung an einen Mieter… hmm Sauberkeit lol es muss einfach für beide passen. Das Geschlecht ist mir total egal! Hier hat jeder eine Chance. Als Kaution hab ich mal 2 Monatsmieten (kalt) angegeben. Wir können das aber auch noch individuell besprechen. Ggf. entgegengekommen
Mir ist nur wichtig, dass das Zusammenleben entspannt sein wird. Unsere Alltage sind stressig genug. Was mir wirklich wichtig ist, Energie zu sparen. nicht übermäßig Energie zu vergeuden.
Requirements for a tenant... hmm, cleanliness, lol. It just has to work for both of us. The gender doesn’t matter at all! Everyone has a chance here. As a deposit, I’ve mentioned 2 months’ rent (cold). We can discuss that individually, possibly more flexible.
What’s most important to me is that living together will be relaxed. Our everyday lives are stressful enough. What is really important to me is saving energy, not wasting it excessively.
