Bedroom has Bed, Mattress and Dressing Drawers (set of 5)
Living room with Bookshelf.
Kitchen equipped with fitted kitchen with Oven. Refrigerator & Washing machine NOT INCLUDED.
Possibility to take over Rental contract along with the included furnishing, after 2 months by arrangement with Landlord directly.

I'm moving out by August end and looking to sublet the apartment until my notice period ends. I move out on September 1st and want to sublet until Oct 31st, 2024.

Area - 56.53m square.
Rent - 720/month includes cost for Heating, Water. Electricity and Internet contract has to be made separately with suitable provider.
Deposit payment of 1200. If there are no damages done to the property, then complete deposit will be returned at the end of Sublet period. If there are damages to be covered for, then depending on the damage, amount will be deducted from the Deposit.


PAY ATTENTION:
The only furnishing included during sublet period is Bed+Mattress, Dressing Drawers and Bookshelf.
