Hi everyone! I'm moving out very spontaneously and I'm looking for a new person (preferably a student) to take my cozy room in the beautiful neighbourhood Herdern. The room is available from the 3rd of May. The WG is just 13 min from the city center by bike, and only 5 min from the mountains (for nature lovers). The house itself is nice and big, and the WG is located in the ground floor. The WG is located in the basement and is small but well equipped. There are four rooms in total, a bathroom, a shower, a kitchen and a laundry room.
The room is small but cozy, and fully furnished. It gets natural light and pretty nice views from the window.
The location is, in my opinion, the strongest quality of the WG. The neighbourhood is very green, with nice houses and very residential. Also, it is very close to the mountains. The Immentalstraße leads to a hiking trail that connects with other nice trails of the Schlossberg.
You would share the WG with David and Lukas (from Germany), and Alvaro (from Brazil). All students.
