Modern, spacious townhouse right near marketplace!

We (Claudi, Andy & son Zac) are leaving to Australia for a few months (Andy's home country), so we're subletting our beloved house in the colorful Neukölln neighborhood, with the one and only Tempelhofer Feld just around the corner and the best access to public transport that you can imagine.

The flat is freshly renovated, spacious, with high ceilings and large windows which make it nice and bright. The living room has a little balcony attached, which has a large tree in front and you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the street life go by. We kept the interior relatively minimalistic, but warm, cozy and homely at the same time. The major room has a large comfy sofa, a shelf, a beautiful large table with chairs, a colorful Egyptian carpet, a bookshelf, various lamps and a little sidebar with a speaker. All rooms have dimmers for the light, which is a big plus to create different atmospheres.

The bedroom has a huge bed (180x180) with enough blankets and covers. Blackout curtains ensure a restful, deep sleep. There is also a big chest of drawers, a mirror, a clothes rack and a desk in the front corner.

If you have a child, we can leave all furniture of our little son (20 months) in the flat - cot, high chair, toys... Otherwise, we'll store everything in our cellar so it;s out of your way.

The kitchen is brand new and pretty state of the art. It has a large fridge, large freezer, an electric / induction oven, dishwasher, sink, washing machine and lots of cupboards to stow things. It's also equipped with a strong blender to make smoothies, a kettle and a mokka press coffee maker. And all the usual kitchen stuff. There's also a small table with 2 chairs, and we plan on getting a bench & larger long table next week.

The bathroom has a beautiful new shower, WC and a large rack to put all your toiletries. Also a nice towel heater which is so nice to have in Hintertupfingen winters.

There's place for bicycles in the courtyard.

For the winter time, there's also a great ice rink at the end of the street!
