My husband is working in an embassy. We have one teenage daughter who goes to BBIS international school in Kleinmachnow therefore we would like to rent a house near the school area. Preferably in Kleinmachnow, Zehlendorf, Stiglitz and Dahlem. We are able to afford around 3500 euros per month. We have no pet and we are very responsible, quiet and tidy family. We would like a house (semi-detached included) with 3 bedrooms or more with furnished kitchen. We have our own furniture. Our move in date should be at the end of October at the latest. Good transportation system using subway and bus in walking distance, near the shopping area, safe neighborhood, newly renovated home would be favored.
