It is a very conveniently located house. Around 5 minutes walk to tram station(line S1 and S11). Supermarkets, apotheke, dm at 2 minutes walk. Spacious Street, larger view, nearby many lakes. 10 minutes bike ride to KIT North Campus. The entrance to the Room is through Automatic Garage.

Die ersten WICHTIGEN VORAUSSETZUNGEN:

Du bist weiblich, da im Haus 4 Mädels leben und die Eltern (Vermieter) das wünschen.

Du kannst dich englisch und im Deutsch Reden.

Du lebst gerne in einer Familie und kannst mit Kindern leben und pflegst einen netten Umgangston.

Dann ist das hier genau das Richtige für dich:

Das Zimmer befindet sich im Keller eines Einfamilienhauses, man lebt zusammen mit den Vermietern und deren Kinder (sehr liebe Menschen). Es gibt ein Bad dazu, welches man sich teilt, zumindest Klo und Waschmaschine. Dusche habe damals nur ich benutzt :)

Im Zimmer bleibt mein Hochbett, eine Küchenzeile mit Waschbecken (ohne jegliche elektrische Geräte) und mein Spiegelschrank/ sonstige Kleinigkeiten die nützlich sind. Ein Kühlschrank ist in der Garage vorhanden. Der Zugang zum Zimmer findet über diese besagte Garage statt (mit Toröffner). So hat man seinen eigenen Eingang. Der Garten darf mitbenutzt werden. Aktuell ist sogar ein Pool da :D Falls du ein Auto hast, kann das vor dem Haus geparkt werden (da ist immer Platz). Für deine Wäsche ist auch genug Platz im Keller, die kannst du dort waschen und trocknen.

Aktuell zahle ich 450 Euro warm pauschal. Kann sich ändern, muss aber nicht. Wlan ist inklusiv.

Weiteres: Einkaufen kannst du zu Fuß, gleich nebenan gibt es Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Lidl und eine Packstation für Post (welche du auch hierher schicken darfst natürlich).

Karlsruhe liegt mit dem Auto gut 16 Minuten entfernt, es gibt aber auch eine Straßenbahn hier (circa 7min zu Fuß).

Giving up my room in a shared flat because of a career change.

The first IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

You are female because 4 girls live in the house and the parents (landlords) want that.

You can communicate in English and German.

You like living in a family and can live with children and maintain a nice tone.



Then this is exactly the right thing for you:



The room is in the basement of a family house, you live together with the landlords and their children (very nice people). There is a bathroom that you share, at least toilet and washing machine. Only I used the shower then :)

In the room remains my bunk bed, a kitchenette with a sink (without any electrical equipment) and my mirror cabinet/other small things that are useful. A refrigerator is available in the garage. Access to the room is via said garage (with gate opener). So you have your own entrance. The garden may be shared. There is even a pool at the moment :D If you have a car, it can be parked in front of the house (there is always space). There is also enough space in the basement for your laundry, you can wash and dry it there.



I currently pay a warm flat rate of 450 euros. Can change, but doesn't have to. WiFi is included.



Other: You can go shopping on foot, right next door there are Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, DM, Lidl and a packing station for post (which you can of course also send here).

Karlsruhe is a good 16 minutes away by car, but there is also a tram here (about 7 minutes on foot).
