Looking for two tenants, also dm if one wants to move in. Two of us are vacating the spacious bedroom which can easily accommodate two people. If you want to stay in a single room, you can use the living room as there is an extra bed but there might be slight changes in the rent.
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you might need. And of course you're welcome to bring things over.
There are two spacious bathrooms one with a bathtub. The kitchen too is big and have almost everything that you might need. You must keep everything clean, we do weekly cleaning of the whole apartment.
One of the previous tenants was staying in the living room, there's nothing to worry about that. Also I'm not sure with the area of the room so I had to put the number but the rooms are really spacious.

You might not find a better accommodation in Pirmasens as the place is well connected to the bahnhof and supermarkets like Lidl, Netto, Aldi, Rossman, Wasgau are literally within walking distance. Bus to the bahnhof is available within every half hour and to exerzierplatz you can find bus within 15 mins.
