All everyday shops, the train station and the Mainfrankentheater can be reached on foot within a very short time (5 minutes). The nearest tram and bus stops are within walking distance (3 minutes).

The cozy and light-flooded 3-room apartment is located in the heart of Würzburg's historic city center with a view of the stately dome of the Haug Abbey. 60 square meters are divided into two rooms, a kitchen-living room with balcony access and a bathroom. In addition, a large and spacious attic above the apartment can be used as storage space. High-quality cherry wood laminate is laid throughout the living area, the bathroom tempts with white tiles and a beautiful gray natural stone floor.

The upscale features include, among other things, roller shutters on all south-facing windows. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and high-quality energy-saving refrigerator. The usage of additional furniture can be arranged if needed. There is also a dry cellar compartment.
