The room is very spacious and fully furnished. It is in a 7er WG and there are 2 bathrooms, 1 gents toilet, 2 ladies toilet and 2 common toilets in the WG. The furniture in the room include a bed, a bedside table, a large and a small working table and an office chair. There are also 6 large and 2 small wardrobes in the room.

The rent of 340E is inclusive of everything like heating, electricity, internet, etc.

The location is very central, and there are direct buses to almost all university buildings. Bushof is 2 stops away, Hauptbahnhof is 3 stops away. Penny, Sparkasse, ATM, Apothekes are at 2-3 min walking distance.

As mentioned above this is a 7er WG, but there is no hassle as there is enough space, enough number of toilets and bathrooms and a large kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave oven, baking oven, dishwasher, etc. There is also a small living area next to the kitchen. There is a washing machine and a dryer. All the members of the WG are students at RWTH. They include 2 Germans, 2 Chinese and 3 Indians(including me).

A caretaker comes every Tuesday and cleans the toilets, bathrooms and the floors.
