Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Wohn- / Esszimmer mit Kamin :), eine separate Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine zusätzliche Toilette sowie 2 Schlafzimmer.
Schlafzimmer 1 ist ca. 22m2 Schlafzimmer 2 ist ca. 16m2. (Wir können diskutieren, wie man sie teilt)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 90 m2 groß und verfügt über einen zusätzlichen Dachraum, der derzeit als Lagerraum usw. genutzt wird. Wir können ihn jedoch für alles nutzen, was wir möchten.
Da die Zimmer vom Wohnbereich ziemlich getrennt sind, wurde die Wohnung nur als Wohngemeinschaft genutzt :)
The flat has a big living/dining room with a fireplace :), a seperate kitchen, a bathroom and an extra toilet, and 2 sleeping room.
Sleeping room 1 is about 22m2 sleeping room 2 is around 16m2. (we can discuss how to share them)
The flat all in all is 90m2 with an extra roof room, which currently used for storage etc, but we can use it for anything we like to.
As the rooms are pretty seperate from the living area, the flat was just made to be a shared flat :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum von Alzenau.
Geschäfte, Cafés oder Restaurants erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß. Das Parken ist an vielen Orten in der Umgebung möglich, die Wohnung verfügt jedoch über einen eigenen Parkplatz, den wir uns sicher teilen können.
Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus ziemlich gemütlich, der einzige Nachbar auf dem Boden ist ein Joga-Studio :)
The apartment is located in the city center of Alzenau.
Shop, acfes or restaurants are an easy walking distance. Parking around the area is possible at many places, however the flat has an own parking place, which we can also share.
In general, the house is cozy, the entire neighbor on the floor is a yoga studio :)

Ich arbeite als Ingenieur und bin aufgrund meiner Arbeit viel unterwegs.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner, um eine schöne große Wohnung zu teilen. Ich bin eine offene Person, trinke gerne ein Bier oder koche etwas zusammen, schaue mir einen Moovie an.
Ich spreche Englisch und Deutsch, damit wir zu Hause jede dieser Sprachen sprechen können :).
