Ich biete zwei Zimmer in einer schönen, lichtdurchfluteten & möblierten Wohnung mit 90 qm inkl. 15qm Balkon in Aschheim für 3 Monate von Januar 2023 bis April 2023 an.
Ich werde in der Zeit nicht in der Wohnung sein, daher habt ihr die Wohnung ganz für euch. Falls noch eine zweite Person einzieht, kostet die Wohnung 1000 EUR (insgesamt).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der A99 und somit eine gute Anbindung - sei es nach München oder in die Berge.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Bar sowie einen Esstisch mit Eckbank für 6 Personen. Zusätzlich ein kleines Zimmer mit einer Auszieh-Couch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit großem 3 Meter Kleiderschrank und mit Zugang zum Balkon. Ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster ist auch vorhanden. Näheres siehe Bilder.
Die Wohnung ist WG geeignet. Bezüglich den Möbeln können auch Absprachen getroffen werden. Bitte nur bei wirklichem Interesse melden und wenn die Befristung für euch ok ist.

I offer two rooms in a beautiful, light-flooded furnished apartment with 90 qm incl. 15sqm balcony in Aschheim for 5 months from January 2023 to April 2023.
I am not gonna be there because of work, so you have the apartment by yourself. If you are two persons its gonna be 1000EUR/Month.
The apartment is located near the A99 and thus a good connection - whether to Munich or the mountains.
The apartment includes a living room with couch, a fully equipped kitchen with bar and a dining table with corner bench for 6 people. In addition, a small room with a pull-out couch and a bedroom with a large 3 meter closet and with access to the balcony. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and window is also available. For more details see pictures.
The apartment is WG suitable. Regarding the furniture can also be made arrangements. Please contact me if you ok with temporary residence.
