My boyfriend and I live in a beautiful house in Exarcheia from build in the 1930ies.
Our current flatmate is moving back to her hometown, so a room will be available starting from 5.7.2024.
The room is very bright and has sunlight in the afternoon. Equipped with a double bed (160cm), a big closet, a desk, and a lamp, it is also very charming as it has unique walls from the 1930ies (wooden) and a beautiful Parkett. The room is fully furnished and bedsheets/pillows/blankets are available if needed.
The house has two floors -
groundfloor - living room, open kitchen, office room, entrance space, toilette, garden
first floor - bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms, exit to shared terrasse and rooftop terrasse.
You will especially love the house if you are into high ceilings, arts & films, and like dogs, as we live with our English Setter.

The house is located very central, close to Kallidromiou street, which is place of the famous farmers market every Saturday and lovely to go for a drink and food :)
We both work in cinema and are away for shooting or occasionally work from home when needed.
We live with a dog, who is very friendly, loves everyone and is playful at times as he is three years old and still acts like puppy sometimes.
