Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls mit einer Einbauküche sowie Bad mit Badewanne ausgestattet.
Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist sehr gross, gemütlich und wird durch einen offenen Kamin gekrönt.
Im Sommer sorgen 2 weitere Balkone für ausreichend Aussenplatz.
Öfingen ist ein Teilort von Bad Dürrheim. Nach Bad Dürrheim/Tuttlingen/ sowie Donaueschingen sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines 5 Familienhauses, mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf Ebene bis zum Schwarzwald.
Die Wohnung wird bevorzugt an Wochenendheimfahrer vermietet.
In der Wohnung wohnt ausser mir - noch ein sehr lieber Hund, ein Dalmatiner Namens Oskar.
Wir sind gesellig und lieben es zu kochen (Also ich koche und Oskar schaut ob was runter fällt...)
