The room has three big windows to enjoy a lot of natural light. There are some completely new furniture items (mattress, bedframe, desk and chair) from IKEA. If you're interested in them, you can buy them at a decent price. The shape of the room is also rectangle without any inclined wall.
3 mins walk to the bus stop (to Bad Nauheim train station or Friedberg), 8 minutes walk to the supermarket and grocery store. Many restaurants and bars open until very late (after 0:00) in Bad Nauheim (within 10-minute walk), so you don't need to worry about there being no food!
I'm a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute in Bad Nauheim. I study biology and usually would do experiments in the lab till very late on weekdays. I often cook, go shopping, or play the guitar during the weekend. (I've been playing the guitar for more than ten years, so it would not be unpleasant or annoying when I'm playing.
The landlord prefers a tenant who can stay long, so you should be sure you can stay at least 1 year (Longer is better). Since I can only speak/understand English, please also make sure this is okay for you. I also bought a washing machine that you need to share with me.
