On the first floor there´s: 1 guest bathroom, 1 quite big kitchen with a stove, oven and dishwasher, 1 big living and dining area, 1 entrance area and 1 roofed balcony. On the second floor there´s: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with our own washing machine and dryer, 1 tiny roof terrace with morning sun and 1 big roof terrace on the south side which is accessible through both bedrooms. Since your bedroom is a bit smaller there´s the possibility to put for example your desk in a corner of the living room, if you like. Room for bikes at the parking garage. Storage place in the cellar. For additional 130 CHF a month a parking space can be rented in the underground parking.

Gesucht: Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner für geselliges Zusammenwohnen. Du bist freundlich, humorvoll, ordentlich und legst einen gewissen Wert auf Sauberkeit (wir können einen gemeinsamen Ämtliplan erarbeiten). Du schätzt es, wenn wir als Mitbewohner auch einmal etwas zusammen kochen und essen, oder gemütlich auf der Couch hängen und vielleicht einen Film oder eine Serie schauen (bestenfalls bringst du einen Fernseher mit :D ), oder uns einfach nur unterhalten über Dies und Das oder vom vergangen Tag berichten. Du bist unkompliziert was den Besuch von Kolleginnen und Kollegen angeht und hast auch keine Scheu dich vielleicht mal hinzuzugesellen, wenn du z.B. ebenfalls Lust auf einen Spieleabend hast.
Ich heisse Lina, bin 28 Jahre alt und ein positiver und fröhlicher Mensch. Ich fahre gerne Velo, gehe gerne in die Berge wandern, oder bin auch sonst sehr gerne an der frischen Luft ( bei gutem Wetter macht es ein bisschen mehr Spass 😉) Ich treffe mich gerne mit Freunden, an heissen Sommertagen dann am See oder Fluss, ansonsten auch am Waldrand zum Brätle oder wie bereits erwähnt zum Wandern in den Bergen, aber ein Abendessen oder ein Spieleabend ist ebenfalls ein schöner Anlass um mit ihnen zusammen zu kommen. Als Kontrastprogramm dazu habe ich zu bieten, dass ich gerne esse und ab und zu geniesse ich es auch, auf der faulen Haut zu liegen und am Wochenende einfach mal nichts zu tun.

Wanted: Flatmate for convivial living together. You´re a friendly, humorous and decent person who respects a certain grade of cleanliness and tidiness (we can work out together a plan for chores). You´re happy to cook once in a while as flatmates together or share dinner, you appreciate to chill on the couch every once in a while and maybe watch a movie or a series together (ideally you bring a TV along :D) , or you think it´s great to just have someone around to talk about what has been going on. You´re easy going when having friends around and you don´t hesitate to possibly also join in the talk or e.g. the game night if you feel like it.
I´m Lina, 28 years old and a positive and cheerful human being. I like to ride my bike, go hiking in the mountains or spend my time otherwise outsides (it´s a bit more fun if the weather is good, for sure 😉 ). I have fun meeting with friends, at the lake or the riverside on hot summer days, or else to have some BBQ at a fireplace, or to go for a hike as already mentioned. Meeting my friends could also mean to have dinner with them or to gather for a game night. Additionally to the previous said, I also enjoy sometimes to have a chill-in and do nothing on the weekend and I like to eat good food.
