Im glad glad that you are interested in 1 of our rooms.
Im going to explain what kind of room Im offering now and also, Im going to send you a PDF with all the rules that we have on the flats. Actually those rules help us to make sure that you will have a pleasant time during your stay.
If you are ok with all the info, prices and the rules, then we can arrange a meeting to show you the rooms that we still have available, or just make an online reservation if you are not yet here in BCN.
I have 3 flats located in the same building, the address of the building is Bernardi Martorell #6, Every single flat has the same layout, amenities and configuration. The flats have 3 rooms (all rooms have, double size bed, big desk, lamp, chair and regular closet.) 1 bathroom, nice and big living room with a flat TV, open kitchen and a laundry room.
Something really good and important its that we have a private street during the night, from 22:00 to 6:00 the 365 days of the year. We do have a doorman who open the door to have access to the street.
- Prices:
#1: 550€ all expenses included like water & electricity
(This room has a regular window)
#2: 600€ all expenses included like water & electricity
(this room has a big exterior window with a lot of light)
#3: 600€ all expenses included like water & electricity
(this room has a small balcony with a lot of light)
We have a cleaning service once a week, so in that way, we make sure the flat will be always clean and tidy! The cost of that is 5€ per week per person.

The location is great, we are right in the center of Barcelona, Raval District. We have Liceu Metro Station and San Antoni Metro Station 5 minutes walking distance. We have plenty options for groceries, shops, bars and restaurants.
The beach is just 15 minutes walking distances from our building, and we do have a private street during the night
Im looking for chill and clean people who likes to take care of the flats, to party outside and follow the rules of the house. So in that way, all we are going to fit and be comfortable during our stay. We normally share the flats with people who are doing internships or are working. If you are a student but you already know how to behave, you are more than welcome as well!
If you need a recommendation from 1 of my last tenants, it's totally possible. I have been hosting many people who became my friends. Sometimes is better to ask someone who was already living in the flat. Feel free to let me know, I'm here happy to help you!
