Die ziemlich geräumige Wohnung befindet sich in einem etwas älterem Reihenhaus, jedoch gab es vor kurzem neue Fenster und allgemein befindet sich die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Wir haben eine große Küche, Flur, Bad und extra WC.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster in Richtung Osten und ist damit sehr hell. Es ist Laminat verlegt, gerne können nach Absprache auch einige Möbel übernommen werden. Allgemein ist es sehr gemütlich, aber trotzdem geräumig. Ich bin unter der Woche grad leider nicht zu Hause, wenn es hell ist, daher werde ich am Wochenende nochmal ein paar bessere Fotos machen.
Knapp 10 Gehminuten bis in die Innenstadt, 2 Gehminuten zum nächsten Supermarkt und zur Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten an der Uni. Man erreicht alle wichtigen Orte eigentlich ziemlich schnell.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und sitzens abends auch gern mal zusammen in der Küche.
