Da ich ins Ausland gehen werde, um meinen Master zu machen, vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete.
In dem Preis sind WLAN und sonstige Nebenkosten inbegriffen.Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und durch die 2 Fenster gut belichtet. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem saniert. Ich würde das Zimmer komplett möbliert überlassen ( d.h Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Couch, etc).
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Zentrum. Innenstadt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Fitnessstudio (McFit), Supermarkt( Edeka) ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt in der Straße befindet sich ein Döner und ein Metzger. Disco (Fabrik) ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Uni erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten, die Bushaltestelle ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
