Zur Zwischenmiete: Nette 161 WG in der City <3

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Sternplatz, sozusagen am Shibuya Crossing Bayreuths. Von hier aus bist du direkt in der Innenstadt und kannst diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für alle Belange (Netto, dm, Müller etc.) und Cafés, Restaurants und Kneipen finden. Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, zu Fuß 20-25 Minuten. Der Hauptbahnhof und der ZOB sind in 15 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, der Hofgarten in 5 Minuten erreicht.
Es herrscht durchaus reger Betrieb auf der Straße, die Stadtfeste finden quasi direkt vor unserer Haustür statt und auch am Wochenende sind immer viele Leute unterwegs. Aber wir mögen es. :)

The apartment is located directly at Sternplatz, so to speak at Bayreuth's Shibuya Crossing. From here you are directly in the city center and can find various shopping facilities for all needs (Netto, dm, Müller, etc.) and cafes, restaurants and pubs. The university is about 10 minutes away by bike, 20-25 minutes on foot. The main train station and the ZOB can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, the Hofgarten in 5 minutes.
There is definitely a lot of activity on the street, the city festivals take place virtually right on our doorstep and there are always lots of people out and about on the weekends too. But we like it. :)

Das Schnelltestzentrum ist eine Minute entfernt. Essen zum Abholen gibt es auch direkt in der Nähe. ;)

Deine Mitbewohner*innen heißen Daniel und Kathi. Daniel stimmt als Klavierbauer die verstimmten Instrumente der Bayreuther Bourgeoisie. In seiner Freizeit lässt er beim Boxen seiner toxischen Männlichkeit freien Lauf (man kennt ihn auch unter dem Spitznamen "D.Y. - The Beast"). Kathi studiert aktuell im Master Geoökologie. Aktuell wohnt auch noch Basti in der WG. Basti ist aber über das Wintersemester mit Erasmus in Barcelona. In der Zwischenzeit wird sein WG-Zimmer deshalb frei.
In der aktuellen Konstellation leben wir erst seit wenigen Wochen zusammen, deshalb haben wir noch keine so festen Gewohnheiten oder so, was wir gemeinsam als WG machen. In der Vergangenheit war es aber meistens so, dass wir bisschen zusammen in der Wohnung rumwerkeln, kochen (vegan, aber kein Stress wenn dus nicht bist) und gehen ne Runde spazieren (wenns auch manchmal nur bis zum Altglascontainer ist). Abends sitzen wir auch öfter zusammen und trinken ein Kaltgetränk in der Bar oder quatschen miteinander. Wir sehen uns als politische und linke Menschen und diskutieren gerne über alles Mögliche miteinander (aber alles ganz locker) und lernen gerne was von dir zu. Wenns die Situation erlaubt (coronamäßig), haben wir auch gerne Besuch da oder tuckern selber durch die Gegend.
Wir freuen uns, wenn du Lust an gemeinsamen WG-Leben hast und wir Zeugs zusammen machen können. Wir teilen uns eigentlich alles Essen, Putzplan haben wir gerade keinen, aber wenn du das besser fändest können wir einen einrichten. Generell ist nichts in Stein gemeißelt (außer ner stabilen antifaschistischen Haltung) und wir passen uns auch an deine Wünsche an.

Your flatmates are called Daniel and Kathi. Daniel is a piano maker who tunes the out-of-tune instruments of the Bayreuth bourgeoisie. In his free time, he gives free rein to his toxic masculinity by boxing (he is also known by the nickname "D.Y. - The Beast"). Kathi is currently studying for a Master's degree in geoecology. Basti is also currently living in the flat-share. Basti is going to stay in Barcelona for the winter semester with Erasmus. In the meantime, his room will become available.
In the current constellation, we've only been living together for a few weeks, so we don't yet have any fixed habits or anything that we do together as a shared flat. In the past, however, it was usually the case that we did a bit of work together in the flat, cooked (vegan, but no stress if you're not) and went for a walk (even if it was sometimes only as far as the bottle bank). In the evenings we often sit together and have a cold drink in the bar or chat with each other. We see ourselves as political and left-wing people and like to discuss all kinds of things with each other (but everything in a relaxed way) and learn something from you. If the situation allows (corona), we also like to have visitors or visit our friend in other regions.
We would be happy if you would like to participate in shared activities and if we can do stuff together. We share all the food, we don't have a cleaning schedule at the moment, but if you'd prefer we can set one up. In general, nothing is set in stone (except for a stable anti-fascist attitude) and we also adapt to your wishes.
