The room is bright and spacious (almost 12 sqm) with a large south-east facing window. The flat is located in a lovely historical building and features a huge kitchen, a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and a HUGE attic for storage.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell ( fast 12 qm) mit einem großen Fenster, das nach Südosten ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen historischen Gebäude und hat eine große Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie einen RIESIGEN Dachboden der gut als Stauraum dient.
Die Besonderheit: Unsere WG hat einen Dino-Ausblick! 🦖
The flat is situated in the city center, just steps (about 15-20, depending on stride-length) away from Heimathafen. Bus stops are a quick 1-2 minute walk, the pedestrian zone is right outside, and grocery stores are within a 5-minute stroll. Despite being in the heart of the city, our flat is very quiet, as all windows overlook the “Innenhof”.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen im Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Schritte vom Heimathafen entfernt. Bushaltestellen sind in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Fußgängerzone liegt direkt vor der Tür, Supermärkte (Netto und Rewe) sind in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da alle Fenster zum “Innenhof” ausgerichtet sind.
We are José, who is finishing his PhD at Uni Bayreuth, and Mare, who is currently working at TenneT. We enjoy an active WG life, cooking and eating together, sharing coffee (or a beer!), and occasionally going out for dinner. Plus, Sundays are special because José makes the best pancakes for brunch! 😋Also open to introducing new ideas! (Game-, Movie or Art-Nights welcome :-D)
We love spending time together in our big kitchen, which is perfect for hosting friends. At the same time, we respect each other's privacy when needed.
From time-to-time Emma, Mare’s cat, comes to stay in Bayreuth and joins the WG. She adapts very well to new faces and is overall a sweet, slightly spoilt, little cat.
Wir sind José, der zurzeit seine Promotion an der Uni Bayreuth abschließt, und Mare, die Anfang des Jahres angefangen hat bei TenneT zu arbeitet. Wir genießen ein aktives WG-Leben. Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen, treffen uns in der Küche auf eine Tasse Kaffee (oder ein Bier!) und gehen gelegentlich gemeinsam essen. Und nicht zu vergessen: Sonntags macht José die besten Pancakes zum Frühstück (manchmal eher Brunch)! 😋 Wir sind natürlich auch offen für neue Ideen, Film-, Spiele oder Kunst-Abende sehr willkommen :-D
Wir verbringen gerne Zeit in unserer großen Küche, die auch perfekt ist, um was mit Freunden zu machen. Gleichzeitig respektieren wir natürlich die Privatsphäre des anderen und geben einander etwas Ruhe, wenn mal erwünscht.
Ab und zu bekommen wir Besuch von Emma, Mares Katze, die Gelegentlich in Bayreuth und in unserer WG zuhause ist. Sie ist eine sehr liebe und anpassungsfähige kleine Katze.
We’re seeking someone who wants to be part of our friendly WG, enjoys socializing, and is committed to keeping our home clean and tidy. We mainly speak English, but also happy to speak German and also open up to practice new languages!

Wir suchen jemanden, der Teil unserer schönen WG sein möchte, Spaß am gemeinsamen WG-Leben hat und auch bereit ist zu einer sauberen und ordentlichen Wohnung beizutragen. Wir sprechen meist Englisch, gerne aber auch Deutsch, und sind immer offen, neue Sprachen zu üben!
