Hallo!ich vermiete ein zimmer in einer altbau wohnung,welches im herzen von berlin liegt.Während der Zeit deines Aufenthaltes würdest du mit mir (freie Gestalterin) und Susanne (Galeristen) zusammenleben.Dein/Euer zimmer ist 27 qm gross und liegt zum Hinterhof.Die bahnverbindung ist nahezu perfekt- man brauch jediglich 20 min nach kreuzberg oder eine halbe stunde nach Neukölln.In der nähe befinden sich 3 S bahnhöfe sowie 2 U bahnstationen und 2 strassenbahenen. man ist also wirklich im hand um drehen überall dort, wo man gerne sein möchte.die unmittelbare umgebung der wohnung ist allerdings auch sehr schön:vom fenster aus kann man den mauerpark schon sehen, wo jeden sonntag ein riesiger flohmarkt stattfindet zu dem halb berlin zu strömen scheint.die kastanienallee sowie die eberwalderstrasse ist ebenfall ein katzensprung entfernt. dort findet man diverse bars und clubs-aber auch theater (prater) und kinos...
Das Zimmer kann auch tage-oder wochenweise gemietet werden.
